Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a bowl, combine ginger powder, garlic powder, Chinese 5 spice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ponzu, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger paste, lemon juice, and stir.
Place half lemon in the cavity of the chicken, then truss it up.
Generously brush the marinade on the turkey, place on a tray and add water, chicken stock and star anise. Cover with tin foil and place in the oven for 1hr. Remove from the oven and brush every 30mins.
After 2 hours of cooking in total, remove from oven and place baby potatoes on the tray, roast for a further 45mins, then remove and garnish with coriander.
Use the juices from the turkey as a sauce.
