Gin & Tonic with a Lorna Twist

- 2 tbsp Gin
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 tbsp Elderflower Syrup
- 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Zest of 1 lime
- ¾ cup Tonic
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate
- 1 Lemongrass Stalk roughly chopped
In the shaker add gin, juice of half a lime, elderflower syrup, 2 fresh mint leaves and shake.
Then on a small plate combine sugar, salt, and lime zest - coat the tip of the outer part of the glass then set aside.
Pour gin into glass then top up with tonic. Then add pomegranates, 2 fresh mint leaves, lime, and lemongrass to garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
(For a refreshing virgin option simply omit the gin!)
