Gin & Tonic with a Lorna Twist

  • 2 tbsp Gin
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 tbsp Elderflower Syrup
  • 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • ¾ cup Tonic
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate
  • 1 Lemongrass Stalk roughly chopped


  • In the shaker add gin, juice of half a lime, elderflower syrup, 2 fresh mint leaves and shake.
  • Then on a small plate combine sugar, salt, and lime zest - coat the tip of the outer part of the glass then set aside.
  • Pour gin into glass then top up with tonic. Then add pomegranates, 2 fresh mint leaves, lime, and lemongrass to garnish.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • (For a refreshing virgin option simply omit the gin!)
