Raw Zucchini, Salicornia, and Red Berries Salad

Chef’s Note: This is as simple as it can possibly get!
- 1 medium zucchini (Courgette)
- 1 cup red berries
- 10 ½ oz Salicornia
- ½ lemon, juice
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- cracked black pepper
- Slice the zucchini and toss everything in a bowl, adding salt to taste. A good dash of black pepper won’t go amiss here either if you like that sort of thing.
